These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Notu application and services ("Service"), operated by Rohe Technik OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. DEFINITIONS

Company ("We", "Us", "Our") refers to Rohe Technik OÜ, Registry code 17165314, VAT number EE102906329, Address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia.
Service refers to Notu, including all associated AI-powered notetaking software, mobile applications, transcription services, websites, and features.
You means the individual or legal entity using the Service.
Device means any device that can access the Service (e.g., smartphone, tablet, computer).

2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge and agree that:

The Service is an AI-powered notetaking and productivity assistant intended to assist with transcription, summarization, and organization of information.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, record, or input into the Service.
You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from third parties before recording or transcribing conversations, in compliance with local privacy and wiretapping laws.
You must not rely on the Service for critical record-keeping where 100% accuracy is required (e.g., legal proceedings or medical records) without human verification.

3. DISCLAIMER – NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind.

All outputs (transcriptions, summaries, and insights) are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, "hallucinations," or inaccuracies.
You must verify any AI-generated information independently.
We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals for any legal, financial, or medical decisions.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rohe Technik OÜ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of:

Your use of or inability to use the Service;
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated notes or summaries;
Loss of data or recorded content;
Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from user negligence.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of €100 EUR or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event.

5. NO WARRANTY

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant that the transcription or AI analysis will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate. We do not guarantee the permanent storage of your notes; you are encouraged to maintain your own backups.

6. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or suspected misuse of the AI features.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rohe Technik OÜ from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your recording of third parties without their express consent.

8. EXTERNAL SERVICES AND LINKS

Notu may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, calendar apps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Estonia.

10. UPDATES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
